B: 1/4 apple, Shredded Spoonfuls (like Life cereal, but healthier)

L: steak sandwich (leftovers from Sunday, thanks Mom!), w/horseradish, arugula and heirloom tomatoes

D: baked chicken, roasted potatoes, roasted cauliflower and carrots
